The answer to this is among one of those reasons due to which RESERVATION (on the basis of caste) is in our constitution.

The drafting committee, chaired by B. R. Ambedkar, presented a detailed draft constitution which was published for public discussion.

Dr. Sachchidananda Sinha (November 10, 1871- March 6, 1950) was an eminent and noted parliamentarian, educationist, lawyer and journalist of India. He was born in Arrah, in Bihar in a well-to-do Kayastha family. He was Deputy President of the Assembly in 1921.He also held the office of the President in the Bihar and Orissa Legislative Council. He was appointed Executive Councillor and Finance Member of the Government of Bihar and Orissa, and, thus, was the first Indian who was ever appointed as a Finance Member of a Province.

Rajendra Prasad (About this sound listen (help·info); 3 December 1884 – 28 February 1963) was the first President of the Republic of India.Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected as the president of assembly. An Indian political leader, lawyer by training, Prasad joined the Indian National Congress during the Indian independence movement and became a major leader from the region of Bihar.Rajendra Prasad[3] was a Kayastha Hindu and born in Zeradai, in the Siwan district of Bihar.

Harendra Coomar Mookerjee (1887–1956), also spelt as H.C. Mookherjee or H.C. Mukherjee or H.C. Mukerji or H.C. Mukerjee, was the Vice-president of the Constituent Assembly of India for drafting the Constitution of India before Partition of India, and the first Governor of West Bengal after India became a republic with partition into India and Pakistan.Born in Bengali family in the Bengal, he did MA, PhD, D.Litt, and was the first Indian to receive a Doctor of Philosophy degree (from the University of Calcutta).

Sir Benegal Narsing Rau, CIE, (26 February 1887 – 30 November 1953) was an Indian civil servant, jurist, diplomat and statesman known for his key role in drafting the Constitution of India. He was also India's representative to the United Nations Security Council from 1950 to 1952. His brothers were Governor of the Reserve Bank of India Benegal Rama Rau and journalist and politician B. Shiva Rao.One of the foremost Indian jurists of his time, Rau helped draft the constitutions of Burma in 1947 and India in 1950. Narsing Rau was born in Mangalore on 26 February 1887 in a family of intellectuals. His father Benegal Raghavendra Rau was an eminent doctor. Narsing Rau passed Matriculation in 1901 from the Canara High School, Mangalore, topping the list of students of the entire Madras Presidency. B. N. Rau was appointed as the Constitutional Adviser to the Constituent Assembly in formulating the Indian Constitution. He was responsible for the general structure of its democratic framework of the Constitution and prepared its initial draft in February 1948. This draft was debated, revised and finally adopted by the Constituent Assembly of India on 26 November 1949.He was brahmin.

13 December 1946: An 'Objective Resolution' was moved by Jawaharlal Nehru in the assembly, laying down the underlying principles of the constitution. It finally became the Preamble of the constitution.

With so many people involved in the making of constitution, and most of them have accepted it and had given their approval, than why when it comes to RESERVATION (on the basis of caste)as an act only one person is blamed?WHY?
Everyone was authorized to vote for or against it.If this section of constitution was denied by majority than obviously it would never be a part of it.
Since majority had approved it than why they are not among those who should be blamed for it.Why only one person?WHY?
